In our microbiological laboratory we perform tests and culturing of biological fluids for both preventive and monitoring purposes or early detection of microbes.

The following indicative tests are performed:

Culturing of various biological samples ( urine, feces, semen, vaginal secretion etc. )
Isolation and identification of microbes
Antibiotic susceptibility testing - MIC
Spermogram - investigation of male infertility - DFI (DNA fragmentation)
Molecular microbiology (PCR - NGS)
